Dear Friends,

Sunday is going to be a very special Sunday.  Come to learn a song that is being sung in solidarity with the people of Minnesota, and it has traveled all around the world.  The message is on listening to our Better Angels.  The service will be a bit abbreviated to make room for what comes next.

It is important that you come if you can, if not for service at 11:00 for the Listening Circle. This is a Listening Circle to help us hear each other about what our hopes and dreams as well as fears are for Klamath Falls Friends Church.  Everyone’s voice is important.  I have put together two things which I will also attach, which are a list of the guidelines for the Listening Groups and a list of questions to think on.  The questions are to help rise in you your own feelings, memories, thoughts and your own internal answers, not to direct any of your answers.  The Listening Group will start at 11:00 AM, and it will plan to end by 12:30, so it is important to take the time to look at the guidelines and the questions before Sunday and to give yourself time to sit with the questions that most attract your internal voice to speak, and to give yourself time and space to truly consider them.

Next Sunday, February 15, it has been suggested to have an informal time when we share what we love about one another as a tribute to Valentine’s Day.
